Linus is starting to expand into Western Australia and is looking for an office assistant to join us on our travels, with part-time work arrangements of 15 hours per week in the Perth office.
You will provide administrative support to Lynas Perth office and support Mt. Weld and Kalgoorlie administrations as required.
As a highly valued member of the Lynas team, you will:
- Manage office logistics in Perth, including ordering furniture and kitchen equipment.
- A new start-up team for the Perth office, including IT installation
- Inbound and outbound calls to the Perth office
- E launa pū me Mt Weld Administration and me Kalgoorlie Administration
- Share Lynasin’s security standards through personalization.
- Ensure the office is clean and functional.
