The salary of sweepers here is more than that of doctors and engineers, the annual package is Rs 1 crore!

Cleaning Jobs High Salary: Even though cleaning work is considered second class in our country, there is such a demand for cleaning workers in Australia that their salary is even ahead of Indian doctors and engineers. The important reason behind this is the shortage of sanitation workers in Australia (Australia News). In such a situation, companies are increasing their salaries on hourly basis and their salary package is reaching up to one crore (One Crore Salary for Cleaners).

It is not easy to find cleaners in Australia. In such a situation, many companies have increased the hourly salary of sanitation workers so much that they are getting an average of Rs 8 lakh every month as salary. The surprising thing is that despite this there is a shortage of sanitation workers in the country. Their average salary package ranges from Rs 72 lakh to Rs 80 lakh, while many companies are ready to increase it even up to Rs 98 lakh.

Hourly salary increased:
According to the report of Daily Telegraph, according to Joe Weiss, Managing Director of Sydney-based cleaning company Absolute Domestics, the salary of the employees has to be increased because people are not available for cleaning. Now the salary of the cleaning department has been increased to 45 dollars i.e. 3600 rupees/hour. There is a shortage of sanitation workers in Australia since 2021. Where about a year ago they were getting Rs 2700/hour, now they are being offered Rs 3500-3600.

The annual package is going up to Rs. crores.
Same is the condition of other companies in Australia and the salary of cleaning workers is above Rs. 3000/hour everywhere. Some companies are even ready to increase it to Rs 4700/hour or more, which will take their salary beyond Rs 98 lakh per year. Up to Rs 82 lakh/year is being offered for cleaning windows and gutters. There was a similar shortage of employees in Britain itself, when an annual salary of Rs 65 lakh was being offered just for plucking cabbage.
